IRCTC’s New Year 2020 gift: tour to South India, Goa and Andaman

South India is the seat of Indian culture with its antique temples, heritage handlooms, music and dance as well as food. For those who wish to start their New Year by roaming across a few days down South, here is an opportunity by IRCTC to do so. Beginning from 26 January to 2 February, IRCTC will take travellers on a tour to famous places across South India.

This will be an eight-day-long trip which would consist of air travel. The tour will begin from Lucknow, and all the tourists will be assisted in a three-star hotel.

Holidaymakers will visit places like Tirupati Balaji, Padmavathi Temple, Kalahasti Temple, Ramnath Temple in Rameswaram, Meenakshi Temple in Madurai, Padmanabham Temple in Trivandrum and Kanya Kumari.

The trip price for one person will be INR 51,300 and INR 39,700 per passenger for two people staying together.

Goa calling in January:
IRCTC has one more tour coming up for Goa including a three-night air tour from January 25 to 28. Flights will begin from Lucknow and land at Goa. Local tour will be by AC buses and visitors will be lodged in three-star hotels. The trip price is INR 26,100 per person for dual occupancy and INR 24,900 per person for triple occupancy.

A trip to Andaman and Kolkata in March:
Another encouraging journey that IRCTC has planned is a six-night and five-night air travel package applicable from March 1 to 6. It presents an excursion to Kali Mandir in Andaman and Kolkata in March. The flight will begin from Lucknow and land at Kolkata and then depart from Kolkata for Port Blair. The trip cost is INR 50,200 per person in case of dual occupancy and INR 48,700 per person for triple occupancy.
