Delhi Tourism is planning to organize, the Mango Festival in the capital. While the temperature is increasing, this much-awaited festival is likely to take off the much-needed relief. The festival will be planned by Delhi Tourism in association with Delhi Government. It will happen from July 5 at Dilli Haat, Janakpuri.
An official from Delhi Tourism, mentioning to this development, said the eagerness of people toward the exhibition as well as the competitions showcase their love for the king of fruits. The festival is observed as one of the most-awaited cultural events of Delhi, which pulls thousands of invitees every year.
As per the latest reports, the said festival will showcase more than five hundred variations of mangoes, some of which will include, Amrapali, Fazri, Langra, Chausa, Ramkela, Mallika, Rataul, Hussainara, and much more.
Exhibitions will also display the, processed mango items, such as mango juice, pickles, jelly, chutney, aam papad, jam, and amm panna will be put on sale.
Guests can also find experts who will guide them how to plant a mango tree and also how to ripen the fruit in a normal manner.
Farmers from Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal will lineup up to showcase hybrid, traditional and unique variations of mangoes. So, this is the best time when one gets to see a variety of mangoes, all under one roof, and go on to stock up their favorite variety.
