Australia is now home to a brand-new national park in Western Australia, the Houtman Abrolhos Islands National Park, and it is set to develop a spectacular new attraction. The island was found 400 years ago by Frederik de Houtman (a Dutch voyager). It is situated about 418 km away from Perth and is an incredible new destination for a remarkable and adventurous trip.
The Australian National Park has been established for sustainable tourism and has been created with a budget of $10 million. Tourists will find some likeable facilities and, of course, a range of fascinating wildlife. The Houtman Abrolhos Islands National Park is, in fact, home to about 90 species of seabirds, besides Australian sea lions.
The site, i.e., Houtman Abrolhos Island is a group of 122 islands, along with coral reefs. It is one of the most stunning places in the country, and with the national park, it is set to develop a huge hit among environmental tourists. The place now has boardwalks and an airstrip for the accessibility of tourists.
There is an abundance of wildlife in the brand-new national park, along with picturesque landscapes that will attract you. The Houtman Abrolhos Island has been made under the McGowan Government’s Plan for Our Parks initiative. Statements indicate that over the next five years, the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions is considering creating five million hectares.
As of now, there are several activities that you can take part in during your visit to the national park.
