Service Management Rights

- Take action against illegal activities or service abuse
- Respond to legal requests from authorities or rights holders
- Address activities threatening system integrity or other clients’ services
- Modify service offerings and pricing with 15 days advance notice
- Recommend service upgrades for accounts exceeding resource allocations
Client Entitlements You have the right to:
- Receive services according to your selected service plan
- Access information about available services and pricing

- Submit feedback and suggestions for service improvements
Pricing and Payment Structure
Service Costs

Payment Terms

Liability and Risk Allocation
Service Limitations
Go Leap provides services on a best-effort basis but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We implement reasonable measures to prevent service disruptions and system errors.
Liability Exclusions
We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from:
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- System errors or software defects
- Data loss or corruption
- Security breaches or cyber attacks
- Third-party actions or service provider failures
- Network disruptions or performance issues
Client Responsibilities
Clients maintain full responsibility for:
- Password security and account access
- Content accuracy and legal compliance
- Data backup and loss prevention
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Technical Role
Go Leap provides technical infrastructure services only and does not acquire rights to domain names, websites, or client content. We are not responsible for materials placed on hosting services by clients.
Agreement Management
Contract Duration
Initial Period This agreement begins upon acceptance and continues for the initial term specified in your service order.
Automatic Renewal Unless terminated with 15 days advance notice, this agreement automatically renews for successive periods of equal duration.
Modification Procedures
Amendment Process Agreement modifications require written consent from both parties, including changes to service scope, fees, or terms.
Change Notifications Proposed amendments will be communicated in writing with details of changes and effective dates. Both parties will review and respond to proposals in good faith.
Termination Provisions
Voluntary Termination Either party may terminate this agreement for convenience with appropriate notice as specified in service documentation.
Immediate Termination We may terminate immediately for material breaches including:
- Non-payment of fees
- Legal violations or regulatory non-compliance
- Breach of agreement terms or usage policies
- Insolvency or inability to meet financial obligations

Enforceability
